As we come forward here now, Albion comes into this vibration now so that we might share some thoughts with yourselves and we consider these thoughts to be of the utmost importance at this particular point in time. Now we have been sharing our thoughts about earth healing and indeed we will continue with that at a latter date.
However at this time we feel that there is information that needs to be shared that will be of benefit perhaps to help everyone who understands and reads our words and listens to our words to gain a greater understanding of the upcoming Presidential Election. We want to cover two very important points, the first of which concerns the word power. Power is a very powerful thing. There is no better way to define it other than to say power is a powerful thing. It has been said in the past that money is the root of all evil, but Albion suggests to yourselves that once an individual (whether it be within a family circle, or whether it be within a community, or a state, or the entire nation for that matter) has tasted what it is like to be in a position of power, then there are no monies or other material wealth that can be more intoxicating, if you will, than the power that results from the power of position.
Most of the time looking at the political scene in the most general sense we would say that a great many of the people involved with the political scene are wealthy people and so it is not wealth that needs to be pursued. It is not a lack of material security, so therefore there is but one more step that can be taken by human beings in the society in which they reside than to amass a position of power. Power could be defined as being in control of one situation or another, or of circumstances, or even of other people. In fact, of all the intoxications, being in control of others is perhaps the most dangerous, but once again the most intriguing of all that power can bestow.
The next thing we want to cover concerns the nature of thought forms. Now for those of yourselves that have been involved in your spiritual studies and have been treading a spiritual path of your choice, in some cases for many years, while others perhaps not so much, but in any case one of the most basic of the esoteric teachings involves the nature of thought forms. The nature of thought forms can best be explained, first off, by considering how a thought form is formed. Thought forms are formed if an individual ponders a particular situation, a particular relationship, or a particular career choice, or any other thought that occupies a person’s mind, and, not just occupies one’s mind, but also stirs an emotional response to that which is pursued, that which is desired you see. There comes a time (and again we are still concerning ourselves with individual people) where a person has thought a particular thought and with that thought has generated (for it is impossible for it not to do so) a mental image of what is being thought and the line is crossed let’s say. And by that we mean to imply that the thought form, because of the repetition of thought and the repetition of the emotion being generated by that thought (and that emotion might be positive or negative depending on the person, the image being created, the desire involved, all of those things must be taken into account) but when that person has thought that thought for many (well it is very difficult to say for a week or a month, or a year) let us simply say when the thought has reached a level of intensity it becomes what would be generally defined as an obsession, then the thought form not only has been formed, but the person has crossed that invisible line and now the thought form no longer belongs to the individual. Yes it has been created by the individual. However a thought form can and on many occasions does, reach a point where it is independent, it is an entity, and it has a mind, if you will.
Now that thought form may hover around the individual who gave birth to it of course, but the thought form can reach and does reach beyond the aura or the magnetic field of the individual that created it. It can reach out and virtually have an effect on those who come in contact with the person who has created the thought form even if those people do not know the person who created it personally. It could be someone that one passed in a store. It could be someone that is a mere acquaintance or it could be someone that is much closer than that. But in any case, when the thought form becomes an entity, then it is a living, breathing thing if you will. Now you might say, all right if that is indeed the case, does a thought form live forever, or does it gradually dissipate? Yes it does. It gradually dissipates, but we stress the term gradual. It is not an instantaneous thing by any means. It is yet again difficult if not impossible to say whether it takes a week or a month, or a year to dissipate. No we just simply must say it depends on the vitality and vibrancy and intensity of the thought form to begin with. Well the more intense the energy of the thought form to begin with, the more gradual the dissipation will be. A thought form has to be nourished and fed, but as we said there is a point where nourishment from the creator of the thought form is not needed, there is a point that it becomes independent.
Now we have made those two points about power and we talked about the creating of a thought form. Now let us also say (and make ourselves perfectly clear) that power is in truth not a thing of course. Power is a state of emotion. It is not even a state of mind as one might think. It is a state of emotion. It generates emotion and it is that emotion which is usually ( we would say with 99% of individuals who are power seekers and who become drunk with power) true that the power itself becomes part of the person. It becomes (now listen to our words most carefully) it becomes a source of personal empowerment of course, but it also comes with a sense of personal entitlement. Power breeds a sense of entitlement.
Power can be gained in any number of ways. It would be impractical for I Albion to even think about naming how many ways power can be gained. Let us simply say (and we know it to be true) that power can be gained by an individual. And even if that individual is a part of a family, or part of a nation, or a state, or a group, or an organization of some sort (it matters not) it is the individual who usurps from the power, power for themselves. Once power has been achieved, the first thing that must be considered (even before the achievement itself) is why does one wish to have power? What is the motivation you see? Just because one is motivated to have power, that does not make the desire positive or negative, it is the intent you see. What is the intent? Power can be used in constructive ways and power can be used in destructive ways.
Let us go back to the idea of a thought form for a moment. Remember now, thought forms are images that are created (and we might say) created on the Astral Plane. For the Astral Plane, for all practical purposes, is the emotional plane. Now when a thought form has been created and that invisible line has been crossed, and that thought form becomes an independent entity, then it goes without saying that the thought form if it has been created by a positive motivation it is positive. And we would say there is but one positive motivation and that is whatever is being desired is for the benefit of the whole and not just one individual. Now a thought form created from which has been created from a positive motivation and becomes an entity is not something that would cause one to be disturbed. But, if that thought form was born from selfishness, or if that thought form was born from self-centeredness, if it can and was designed really to satisfy only the person’s desire then I Albion would consider that thought form to be negative. Whether a thought form has a positive or negative effect (in short) simply means that the intent, the motivation of the person involved, is what will determine that result you see.
Now let’s go beyond the individual. Let’s say there is an organization (let’s use that as our example) and perhaps that organization is one that is a charitable organization whose purpose is to be of benefit to children who are ill, or to disenfranchised individuals and so on; well then if a group of peoples' (and sometimes that group can be just a few people and sometimes that group can extend across a nation, or in these days across an entire earth) motivation is to be of benefit, then that is a proper and constructive thought form and crossing that invisible line is in and of itself a positive thing. Once the thought form becomes independent it will continue to nourish the motivation of all who are involved with and who are sympathetic to that group and it’s motivation to begin with. A good example of that sort of thing would be organizations that have been around for a very long time such as The Salvation Army, The March of Dimes, The Cancer Society, and what not. These entities (and they are entities) survive because the thought form is independent and is an entity that breeds and continues to breed life into the purpose for which it was formed to begin with.
On the other hand, if a thought form is created by a group of people (and again it makes very good sense to say that the more people in a group the more power of thought is brought to create the thought form be it positive or negative) but if the thought form is created for negative purposes and only benefits that group of peoples' wishes and objectives, (then) that thought form is negative. Sometimes the objective is religious, sometimes it is political, sometimes it is something else, but there is always an objective. Now a good example of negative thought forms is what is known as the Klu Klux Klan. That is a very good example of an organization, motivated by racism, motivated by the supremacy of the Caucasian people, motivated by power and so forth. We would have to go to 35 years ago or 20 years ago or 40 or 50 years ago when the thought form created by the collective members of the Klu Klux Klan was born and, needless to say, became an independent thought form. Now it is true that there are still some left of that organization, but the numbers themselves have diminished greatly from several years ago. Yet, when one mentions that organization, when one gets a taste visually, or one reads something, or hears something about the Klu Klux Klan, that thought form rouses a sense of dishonesty, a sense of fear, a sense of apprehension among decent people. By decency, we mean simply to imply just that. Let us add one more thought to that, here we are many, many years after the Klu Klux Klan, but that energy of that thought form is still very much alive because that entity is very much alive and as long as it is being fed but by a few, it will continue to survive.
Now let us take all we have said and focus our thoughts on the upcoming political election. We must say right at the beginning of the discussion, it is not I Albion’s intent to predict the outcome of this election or to show favoritism to either candidate in this election. That would be improper. So therefore with that being said, let us bring to your attention that there has been a great deal of discussion through the media, the visual media, the Telly, the written and audio media, about the mood of the people who have attended some of these political rallies. It has been said that the mood has been inciteful. I Albion have that concern. We have that concern for two reasons. First off, it has been said (and we concur) that the time you are experiencing now and much activity that has led up to these times are rather volatile. They are times which are fearful or very angry. These are times in which people are bewildered in the sense it seems as if one must succumb to despair. For many there seem no answers for the problems, no answers to the questions.
Think about it, when an individual or group (in this case of course we are speaking of a political group and there are two of them) becomes frightened, is experiencing despair and in many cases hopelessness and anger begins to bubble up from deep within and frustration comes along with all of those feelings of despair and anger, then it literally is like one has pumped a whole lot of jet fuel into a balloon hoping it will not explode, but knowing it will. I Albion have some concern (from now until about a month after the election) that there can be just such an explosion. That explosion could endanger one or both of the candidates, it could endanger one or both of the vice-presidential candidates, but this is not so much our concern as how it would spread like a wildfire that is being fed by the Santa Ana winds.
Sometimes individuals don’t like feeling anger and frustration and despair. Yet, when the feelings are there (whether one wants them to be there or not), and a thought form that has been created by hundreds or even thousands of individuals that are feeling the same despair and the same fears justifies the individual’s feelings, those feelings are intensified. And when those feelings are intensified they gain power. If we look down the road in time to six months, a year, two years, three years, then we say what could be the results of the explosion of that anger balloon? The explosion and spreading of despair and hopelessness and frustration, feelings that are present and we assure you that they will intensify unless something is done to bring a sense of balance, restore a sense of harmony, or at the very least, to restore a sense of decency and a sense of common sense to this event. I Albion know how important the future of your country, of all the individuals that comprise your country, really is. That future will be tainted, will be turned in a negative direction and create in that turning, a thought form that will affect your country for decades to come. And that effect is not going to be positive.
When it comes to a major election (and there is no more major election than the presidential election in your country), then needless to say whoever is the winner of that event is going to assume a position of power. The President of your country has been called the leader of the free world. World, not the free country, state or community, but the world, that’s power!
We want you to consider doing in your prayers certain things and we ask that you do these things from now until the election, once each day. The first thing is to pray to God, The Creator, Great Spirit, or any name you so choose that peacefulness, that decency, that common sense will be maintained. Secondly we suggest that whatever your own political preferences might be, whatever candidate you support, that you ask in your prayers for that person to be reminded of power and of the nature of power that that person be reminded of the tremendous responsibility of the office that is being sought. Pray that that person be aware every moment of every day of his or her motivations, ability to use power in a constructive way, of his or her ability to put the people first. Rhetoric is creating and has been creating now for several weeks, what we can only label a very vicious, a very frightening and disturbing thought form that involves power, position, money, but of all these things it is power. The Sun Bear used to say and we remember it now, that power is a quiet thing. It is with a person and it is the power within a person who has others in mind to benefit the whole and not just the self.
We think it would be improper for one to pray for your own chosen candidate to win and the other to loose. That is divisive and, in and of itself, can create a thought form that would be very difficult if you should be on the loosing side to dissipate from your mind and from your heart. Pray for peace, pray for harmony, pray for an understanding of power. That’s what we ask. God Bless Yourselves.
